These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all users of the xDreams platform (“Platform,” “Service”) worldwide, regardless of country of residence. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

This Service is operated by XDreams LLC, registered in the State of Wyoming, United States (Registration No. 2026-002018464), 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. These Terms govern access to and use of the Platform by users worldwide.
Access to and use of xDreams is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The Platform employs age verification measures and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
You must comply with our Community Guidelines and our AI and Synthetic Media Policy, which form part of these Terms. In addition, you agree not to: • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose under the laws applicable to you or to XDreams LLC; • Upload, share, or distribute non-consensual intimate content, or content depicting or suggesting the involvement of minors; • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users; • Record, capture, download (other than through functionality provided by the Platform), redistribute, or resell content, streams, or private sessions of Creators or other users without authorization; • Circumvent security measures, age verification systems, or content protection mechanisms; • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform’s operation. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities, including but not limited to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), INTERPOL, or the equivalent authority in the user’s jurisdiction.
xDreams maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content involving minors. All content creators are subject to identity and age verification prior to publishing content, in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements and applicable international standards. Any suspected violation will be reported immediately to NCMEC, INTERPOL, and/or local law enforcement, and the associated account(s) will be permanently banned.
Content you publish on the Platform remains your property. By publishing, you grant XDreams LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform. XDreams respects the intellectual property rights of others and will respond to valid takedown notices (e.g., under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act, DMCA). Notices of alleged copyright infringement may be sent to [email protected]. A notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the allegedly infringing material and where it appears on the Platform, include your contact details, state that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized, and state that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner. Please sign the notice.
In addition to the license granted to XDreams LLC under Section 6, by uploading, streaming, or otherwise publishing photo, video, or other content on the Platform, you further acknowledge and agree that: (i) such content may be downloaded, streamed, viewed, and displayed to other users of the Platform in the ordinary course of the Service; (ii) other users of the Platform may view, and where the Platform's functionality permits, download such content; and (iii) other users of the Platform may contact you through the Platform's messaging, chat, or interaction features, where such features are made available to you. This consent applies regardless of whether your use of the Platform is for content publishing, live-streaming, messaging, or any other interactive feature made available on the Platform from time to time.
The Platform uses a virtual currency (“Coins”) for transactions. Coins have no monetary value outside the Platform and cannot be exchanged for cash. Requests for the refund of a purchase are handled as described in Section 8. If a payment for Coins is refunded or charged back, the corresponding Coins may be removed from your account, and xDreams may suspend the account until the matter is resolved. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS-certified third-party payment providers; XDreams does not store full payment card numbers.
Coins and digital content are generally delivered immediately upon purchase. If you believe a charge was made in error, or you are dissatisfied with a purchase, please contact us at [email protected] describing the issue; each request is reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis. You may also contact the Consumer Support department of our payment processor directly regarding any transaction they processed on our behalf. Where mandatory consumer protection laws of the user’s jurisdiction of residence grant a statutory right of withdrawal or refund (for example, EU/EEA consumers under Directive 2011/83/EU or German law under § 356(5) BGB), such rights remain unaffected to the extent they cannot be lawfully waived.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XDreams LLC’s liability for damages arising from ordinary negligence is excluded, except in cases involving breach of a material contractual obligation (in which case liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages), personal injury, or liability mandated by applicable product liability law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law in the user’s jurisdiction.

To report content or to appeal a moderation decision, please see our separately published Complaints Policy and Appeals Policy. Where applicable, users in the European Union may access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. XDreams LLC does not participate in consumer arbitration board proceedings unless required by mandatory local law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of the user’s country of residence require the application of local law and grant the user the right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country, in which case those mandatory local rights remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use of the Platform after a reasonable notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. You may delete your account at any time via account settings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms of Service apply uniformly to all users worldwide.
