xDreams Community Guidelines

1. Adults Only and Consent

• Only adults may use xDreams: 18 years or older, or the age of legal majority in the user’s jurisdiction if higher. Only Creators who have completed identity and age verification may publish content.
• Every person who appears in content, in image, video, or audio, must be an adult and must have given their own consent to be depicted, to the publication and distribution of the content on the Platform, and, where content can be downloaded by other users, to its download.
• Only the verified Creator may appear in the Creator’s content. Another person may appear only if xDreams has approved this in advance in writing, the person has completed identity and age verification, and the Creator holds that person’s written consent, as set out in the Creator Terms & Conditions.
• Content created, recorded, or shared without the consent of the person depicted is prohibited. This includes secretly recorded material and intimate content shared without consent.

2. Where Adult Content Is Allowed

Explicit or clearly sexual content is not allowed in publicly and freely accessible areas of the Platform, such as open preview streams, public profiles, thumbnails, titles, and avatars. Only non-explicit content may appear there. Adult content is limited to restricted areas that are made available in accordance with the Creator Terms & Conditions, for example private or closed sessions, and only for verified Creators and age-verified users.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following is prohibited everywhere on the Platform, in every form, including live streams, private calls, chat, messages, and text, and including role-play, fantasy, or simulated depictions. Minors and child safety • Any content that involves, depicts, or suggests a person under 18, whether provocative or not, including role-play or terminology that presents a person as underage. • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form. Non-consensual and coerced acts • Rape or simulated rape, including role-play, and any depiction of forced or coerced sexual acts, including the use of “forced” as a theme or terminology. • Sexual activity with a person who is asleep, unconscious, intoxicated, or drugged, and the use of alcohol, drugs, or substances such as chloroform to facilitate non-consensual acts. • Kidnapping and abduction themes. • Voyeurism: depicting a person in photos, video, or other content without that person’s consent. Violence and harm • Gore, extreme violence, torture, severe beating or flogging, and autopsy imagery. • Snuff or fantasy snuff, cannibalism, and self-mutilation or self-harm. • Suffocation or strangulation. • Harming, killing, or crushing live animals or insects. Other prohibited sexual content • Bestiality and any sexual content involving animals. • Incest, including role-play. • Bodily excretions, including urination directed at another person (water sports) and vomiting. • Hypnosis of a person during sexual activity. • Polygamy-themed dating or content. Sex work, exploitation, and trafficking • Prostitution, escort services, or any offer, request, or negotiation of sexual services for money, and any depiction of money being exchanged for sex. • Human trafficking or exploitation of any kind, and content that promotes it. Hate, harassment, and abuse • Racist content, hate speech, and content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against people because of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics. • Sacrilegious content, meaning content that degrades or desecrates religious symbols, figures, or practices. • Harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, and sharing other people’s personal information. Illegal activity, fraud, and misuse • Anything that is illegal under the laws applicable to you or to XDreams LLC, including the offer or promotion of illegal drugs or goods. • Collecting credit card or other payment details from users. Payments are made only through the Platform’s payment functions. • Fraud, scams, impersonation, spam, malware, and scraping. • Asking for or offering off-platform payments or contact details in order to bypass the Platform’s payment and commission system. Intellectual property and recording • Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrighted music or video used without permission. • Recording, capturing, downloading (other than through functionality provided by the Platform), sharing, or reselling the content, streams, or private sessions of Creators or other users without authorization. AI-generated and synthetic content • AI-generated or AI-altered content of any kind, deepfakes, and AI personas or bot-operated accounts. xDreams allows only real, verified human Creators, as set out in our AI and Synthetic Media Policy.

4. Zero Tolerance for Child Exploitation and Trafficking

xDreams has zero tolerance for any content involving minors and for human trafficking or exploitation. Suspected cases are reviewed without delay. Where applicable they are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement, and the accounts involved are permanently banned. If you see or suspect such content, report it immediately using the in-app reporting feature or at [email protected].

5. Reporting and Enforcement

Anyone can report content that may violate these Guidelines. The process, timelines, and possible outcomes are set out in our Complaints Policy. Any person depicted in content, and any user affected by a moderation decision, can appeal under our Appeals Policy. If content or conduct violates these Guidelines, xDreams may, depending on the severity and circumstances: • remove or restrict the content; • issue a warning; • suspend or permanently terminate the account; • for Creators, withhold or offset earnings as provided in the Creator Terms & Conditions; and • report the matter to law enforcement or other competent authorities. Serious violations, in particular those involving minors, non-consensual content, or trafficking, lead to immediate and permanent removal from the Platform.

6. Changes and Contact

We may update these Guidelines from time to time to reflect legal requirements, the rules of payment providers, or new risks. The current version is always available on the Platform. Questions about these Guidelines can be sent to [email protected].
