1. Real, Verified People Only

• Every Creator must be a real natural person who has completed identity and age verification through our verification partner Didit before publishing any content.
• Each Creator account must be operated by the verified person shown in the content. Accounts may not be transferred, shared, or operated on behalf of another person.

2. No AI Content of Any Kind

xDreams allows only real human Creators. The following applies everywhere on the Platform, including live streams, private calls, recordings, images, messages, chat, and profile content: • No AI-generated content: images, video, audio, live streams, or profile content that are fully or partially generated by AI are not allowed, whether explicit or not. • No AI-altered content: AI tools that change a person's face, body, voice, or age, including AI face or body filters and AI voice changers, are not allowed. • No deepfakes: content that places a person's face, body, or voice into content in which that person did not actually take part, or that alters a real person's likeness, is prohibited. • No AI personas: AI-generated or virtual characters, and accounts, chats, or live streams operated by AI or bots instead of the verified Creator, are prohibited. • Any content that depicts or suggests a minor, or a person who has not given consent, is prohibited in any form.

3. Platform Translation Tool

• The only AI used on xDreams is the automatic translation of chat messages between users of different languages, operated by xDreams. It translates text only and does not create or change any image, video, audio, or live stream.

4. Detection and Enforcement

• Live streams and private calls take place in real time with the verified Creator; pre-recorded or AI-generated video may not be passed off as a live stream.
• xDreams may at any time require a Creator to repeat identity verification, including a live selfie check, if there is reason to believe that content is AI-generated or that an account is not operated by the verified person.
• Content that violates this Policy is removed. The account may be suspended or permanently terminated, earnings may be withheld or offset as provided in the Creator Terms & Conditions, and the matter may be reported to the competent authorities, including NCMEC where a minor may be involved.

5. Reporting

• Anyone who believes that content on xDreams is a deepfake, uses their likeness without consent, or is AI-generated can report it through the in-app reporting feature or at [email protected]. Reports are handled under our Complaints Policy, and affected persons may appeal under our Appeals Policy. Content depicting a person without their consent is removed as a priority.
