Terms & Conditions for Creators

1. Parties

This agreement is between xDreams GmbH ("xDreams", "we" or "the Platform") and the Creator registering on the platform. By completing registration and accepting these terms, the Creator confirms having read, understood and agreed to all conditions described herein.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to register as a Creator.
• You must verify your identity with a valid official document.
• Access may be restricted in certain jurisdictions.
• You are responsible for complying with applicable local laws in your country of residence.

3. Creator Obligations

• Only broadcast legal content that complies with platform guidelines.
• Never share content involving minors under any circumstances.
• Do not engage in prostitution, human trafficking or any illegal activity.
• Maintain the privacy of viewer data at all times.
• Report any misuse or suspicious content to xDreams immediately.

4. Revenue & Payments

Creators receive a percentage of Coins spent by viewers on their streams, determined by their active VIP tier. Payments are processed according to the thresholds and timelines set out in the Payouts & Fees section. xDreams reserves the right to withhold payments in the event of a breach of these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Creator retains all rights to their content but grants xDreams a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, stream and promote said content within the platform for the duration of the agreement.

6. Termination

xDreams may suspend or terminate a Creator account at any time for breach of these terms. The Creator may cancel their account at any time from the dashboard settings. Pending funds will be settled within 30 days of cancellation, except in cases of fraud or serious breach.

7. Limitation of Liability

xDreams is not liable for financial losses arising from technical outages, changes to platform policies or third-party actions. xDreams' total liability shall not exceed the Creator's earnings over the preceding 3 months.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by German law. Any dispute shall be settled before the competent courts of Berlin, Germany, unless the Creator's local consumer regulations provide otherwise.
