Federal record-keeping and labeling requirements for visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct.
With respect to all visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct displayed on this website, XDreams LLC has complied with the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. §75, and their implementing regulations, for all content published on this website. All Creators and other persons who appear in visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct on this website were 18 years of age or older at the time the images were produced. Identity and age verification takes place at account registration through our verification partner Didit, before content can be published.
Creators who appear in content on this website are the primary producers of that content and are contractually obliged to comply with the requirements that apply to them in that role. XDreams LLC acts as secondary producer and maintains copies of each Creator’s identification and verification records, together with an index that links each Creator’s legal name to every other name used by that Creator.
